Step 3: Upload Your Content

Once you've selected the correct language, you can proceed with uploading your content using any of the available methods:

  • Drag and drop a file from your computer
  • Set Sermon Shots as a live stream endpoint (content available 15-30 minutes after service concludes)
  • Provide a URL from existing platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Streaming Church TV

Important Notes

  • Default Language: All uploads default to English unless you manually change the language setting before uploading
  • Language Selection Timing: You must select your language before starting the upload process for optimal transcription accuracy
  • Processing Time: Regardless of language, the transcription and content generation process typically takes about 10% of your video's length to complete
  • Content Generation: All repurposing documents (summaries, blog posts, devotionals, discussion guides, etc.) will be generated in the selected language

What Content is Generated

When you upload a sermon in any supported language, Sermon Shots automatically generates:

  • Transcription (99% accurate, fully editable)
  • Multiple summaries (short, long, and social media optimized)
  • SEO-optimized blog post
  • 5-day devotional
  • Discussion guide
  • Audio file for podcasting
  • Quotes and verses
  • Social media content with hashtags

All of these materials will be produced in the language you selected during upload.

Q: Can I edit the transcription if there are errors? A: Yes! The transcription is fully editable in Step 2 of the clip creation process. Simply click on any word or phrase in the text boxes to make corrections, and your changes will automatically save.

Q: My language isn't listed. What are my options? A: Currently, Sermon Shots supports the 9 languages listed above.
